These guys were great! I needed help moving an upright piano and some boxes into a storage facility, and it was much less stressful than I feared it would be. There was even an unexpected road closure, so there were unplanned stairs to manage, and though this sounds cliche - these guys were pros. Once we got everything in the truck we were off to the space, and I personally appreciated that they followed pretty closely behind as I drove the moving truck. They were a little late, but things happen and you need to be flexible. They were beyond courteous to me, the neighbors, and most importantly each other. I'd definitely recommend.

After booking with us customers can expect excellent customer service, professional and courteous crew members.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day customers can expect our movers to arrive on time. Customers will receive a phone call 1 hour prior to arrival. Once movers have arrived we will conduct a walk through and take inventory. This will give you the opportunity to go over specific details or point out items that require special care.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prepare for moving day by being the most organized as possible. This includes having all miscellaneous items, boxed and ready to go. Also disassemble and measure your large furniture ahead of time to make sure it fits through all of your doorways.

Our favorite part about being a mover is interacting with customers, helping families move and taking away some of the stress that comes with the moving process.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire movers with prior moving experience. In addition to hiring experienced movers, we also require two days of training. He or she learns the proper way to handle boxes and furniture, customer service, and the proper way to communicate within the moving crew.
