I had four movers, and they were phenomenal! I would definitely use this company again. They were polite, professional, and got the job done very quickly.

At first, they were told that they don't pack houses. That's what I hired them for but after Much discussion they were quick to do what I needed. However, I asked them take a part. A few things to make more room in the truck. They didn't listen to me. So therefore, I had a rent an $842 big vehicle, to put the rest of my stuff in there if they would have taken apart my dining room, set chairs other things. Things would've fit in the truck perfectly, but they didn't do that other than that. They packed away.

Highly recommend their service. I requested 3 helpers for 4 hours for moving my 2 bed apartment from 3rd floor to a townhouse. Helpers were very through with communication and instructions. Team was very professional and knew what they were doing. They loaded my in 2 hours and unloaded in an hour. Though my stuff and furniture was not expensive at all, none of them was damaged a bit.

The movers were 2 hours late. They damaged the property but when I reached out for a compensation by email, I never heard back. It's been more than a week now.
I did not have many things to move. I booked 2 hours and they were done in 40 mins. They could have taken their time and do a better job.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparation for move day should consist of tightly sealing boxes to insure your items are secure. Also providing blankets and shrink wrap for your furniture is a great help for protecting your items also.
What types of moves have you handled?
Space Maker Movers have covered large and small moves all over the Tri-State and even has gone as far as Connecticut and Maryland! There is no item that cannot be muscled up by our guys such as gun safes, pianos Etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a mover is you have one less bill that you won't have to pay, no gym membership fees because everyday is a full blown workout.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Space Makers Movers consists of former athletes and pre-existing movers so there is very little to training needed for our guys. We will bring technique and tons of respect.
