They were very early! That's good?? Willing to do what we needed. Good info and recommendations. They put up with a bit of confusion on our part! Used mild " language"??, but responded well when asked not to. Would hire again.

Crew of three arrived at agreed upon time.
They did work hard and I appreciated their work. They brought hand trucks and a dolly which were definitely needed.
They were very respectful of my property and alerted me to any potential issues which I appreciated greatly.
Would I use them again? Hard to say. When I ordered their help, I requested and paid for 3 helpers and that is what I got. I didn't get three "movers" as in 3 experienced movers.
None the less, they did work hard and eventually got what I needed moved into Storage but not all items. Some of the heavier furniture items were a challenge for the supervisor and teenager but they were able to use the dolly and hand truck to get the items off the truck safely. I was more concerned for them than the furniture to be honest. There were a few times where the teenager almost lost his balance on the truck ramp. The woman and I had to stand on the side of the ramp a few times to guide them. She played an instrumental role in helping them not to stack heavy items on our fragile boxes.
So safety was a concern just due to the weight of what was being carried.
Again, they worked hard and completed the task and I thank them for their work! Just make sure to understand you may not get 3 experienced movers when hiring.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!!! THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR A JOB THEY CONFIRMED FOR US-- WOULDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE/EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE NOT COMING (EVEN AFTER THEY EMAILED ME DAY BEFORE JOB TO CONFIRM) HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION- HORRIBLE MOVERS- DO NOT USE!!
