C and C Moving was just okay. Communication with Chris, the owner, was limited to text only. He never really introduced himself as the owner, which could be a point of improvement. Also, having a conversation about our move prior to the move could have helped him and his team be better prepared.
The good news:
They showed up on time. They were polite and respectful of our property and goods. We had no significant damage to report.
The bad news:
I thought I was hiring 3 strong and experienced helpers. The team that showed up consisted on of one AMAZING lead (Brian) whom I would hire again in a heart beat. However, the other two team members were a 16 year old boy and 31 year old female. The teenager was hard working with limited experience and needed lots of guidance to keep him busy. He acted like a teenager. The female had never been on a moving job before, lacked strength and endurance.
Overall, we got our stuff moved. My husband had to work very hard with Brian to get us moved. I had to manage the other two helpers constantly providing guidance and instruction. It took twice as long as it should have given our previous moves.
I would use them again based on Brian alone. However, I would be certain to ask Chris, the owner, who will will be the qualified helpers I can expect and what is their experience and ability levels before confirming the job.

I heavy bulky furniture and they had a very hard time carrying it. My walls are dirty from the furniture hitting and rubbing against them and my wood floor was scratched. They argued quite a bit.

They showed up early and we're very pleasant. My only complaint was that I did not receive confirmation until the day before. Prior to that I had no communication and could not even leave a voicemail. I was about to cancel the service, but I received a text from them confirming the time and date.
