Wayne and his crew arrived on time in the morning to complete a 4 hour move in for me. Unfortunately, the ramp that the trucking company provided was not working and they could not use it to unload the truck. While we waited for a new ramp, the crew went to another job with the promise to return later that day. They returned and worked tirelessly into the night, unloading the truck and putting my belongings into their rightful places. Many, many items had shifted and opened during the move, and Wayne worked extremely hard on the truck to keep everything together. He and his crew were respectful to me and treated my belongings with care. They could not finish but came back this morning to quickly finish the project. That was so appreciated!! I truly feel they went above and beyond to get this job completed in a timely manner!

We scheduled with you because we were referred by PODS. The movers worked hard and were respectful to us. However, they were not careful with our furniture. I had to tell them I insisted they use blankets and wrap. I have no idea of the condition of our wood furniture until we receive the PODS back in September. I saw a very small end table with 2 drawers and total damage to the corner of the drawer. It is a family heirloom and was easy to pack. Everything is rammed in tightly. No ropes or ties. Everyone else from pods said 1 or 2 blankets per piece of furniture-you can't have too many and lots of straps and rope. Our packers did not follow these recommendations. We would not recommend.

I warned ppl well in advance of the issues that would come up. The movers didnt even finish the job, with only a handful of boxes & an older heavy Tv, remaining which left a disable woman(me) to finish the job I paid to have done.
Anyone who is familiar with PODS they are not 100% element/critter proof.
The mover spent time on his phone complaining to the main sourse of movers, where as if they had stayed focused the job would have been completed in full & not left for me to figure out & finish.
At 1 point they even mentioned not finishing the job all together & refunding my money for the work that had been done. This is not the kind of service Id want anyone to go through if movers can pick & choose the conditions they want to work in. There are no perfect conditions when it comes to moving. If you own pets you dont send movers that are allergic to animals. In this case spiders & flying bugs bothered them..ITS A POD THATS BEEN SITTING UNTOUCHED FOR 3ys!!! Of course there are going to be insects in the POD!!! So dont send movers that get bothered by insects!!
I hope I NEVER need movers again cause I would not use these guys again.

Greg and Wayne worked extremely hard and filled up a 26 ft U-Haul from floor to ceiling in 2 hours. Furniture had to be moved from the basement and top floor of our house. I was highly impressed with their packing skills to get everything in the truck. I also appreciated their good attitudes and friendly demeanor.

They were 2.5 hours late. Did not properly wrap my furniture. Did not have tools, used my tools. i provided wrap, pads, tools and tape. They did not wrap unless I asked. They did not properly roll my rugs and folded them over. They had the muscle to move the furniture but I ended up helping with a lot of the move. Not happy
