They broken 1 item from the moving and 1 valance from one window's blind when moving in furniture. I can't really recommend them and wish I had chosen a different company.
UPDATE: I recently found out that they also scratched my front door really badly. This is unacceptable and now I am calling the company and talking to the manager.

Once they arrived ; they were ready to roll. The were great at understanding the job to be done. They worked great as a team. They were consistent and timely . We had a stressful move of our daughter from Georgia to her first apartment in Richmond Virginia. We called Hire A Helper who booked the company On The Move for our job. Our personal truck was late and we could not move in until the next day. We had booked On The Move just for the unloading of our truck. Wayne, at On The Move, was very accommodating and helped to move the time of the crew. The two gentlemen that were sent to do the actual unloading of the truck were there on time, they were courteous and respectful, they were neat and got everything done quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use On The go Move and Hire A Helper again.

In the words of Tina Turner…”SIMPLY THE BEST!” And yes, “BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!” Wayne and James arrived on time and worked so quickly and with superb efficiency. They are truly loading, packing pros. All the boxes and furniture were arranged to maximize the 16 ft of space in the PODS container. Both men were professional, courteous, just an absolute pleasure to work with. Do I recommend On The Go Moving? Absolutely YES! Would I use On The Go Moving services again? YES! As a matter of fact, I’ve already scheduled for next week.
