In my case a small moving job: empty out a POD bringing contents - boxes and furniture - into the house. The two movers were friendly, worked hard/fast and stayed well organized.
DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE: in the request for a mover I said one piece of furniture was about 200 lbs. Actually it was a fair amount less than that. I was charged an extra $50 for the heavy item because I said it was there. Since they charge for items you mention as well as items they move don't mention any, I guess.
I may use they again but I'd word harder to make sure the terms of service and the price were agreed in advance.

The two movers that packed my PODS container yesterday were the hardest working men I have ever seen! They worked their HANDSOME, HUNK hineys off for four hours, in the humid heat of a Chicago summer. They were experienced, careful, friendly, polite, efficient and gorgeous! I couldn't have asked for anything more! I was their second job of the day and they called when leaving their first job and told me when they'd be at my house. They were prepared with all the same supplies I had already purchased for them to use so I saved a little money there. Theirs was the least expensive quote and I got more than my money's worth! Did I say these guys were hot? I would totally use them again and recommend them to people with the highest standards!!

Worked hard and unloaded two PODS in three hours. Put together beds for me and dining room table. Only criticism is that they asked SEVERAL times who had packed the PODS and kept saying it was done poorly...which only added to my anxiety. Not sure how that was relevant
