The two guys who came over did a fantastic job. This was my second time using Coffey Bros. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while, but if I did, I'd book them again.
The guys wanted to start as early as possible, were professional, handled my belongings with care, easy to talk to, worked hard in the hot temperatures. And the unload was a breeze.

These guys really did a nice job. They were courteous, friendly and worked really hard. The two guys who came over to my place were great about setting expectations, telling me how they were going to do certain things, what to watch out for when driving my truck and what the unloaders at my destination should know about the way things were loaded. Absolutely nothing broke on the way, even though I drove 1200 miles. Impressive. Would certainly recommend them.

The guys were efficient and quick. They weren't great about protecting furniture, so be sure to strap your moving pads to your furniture before they arrive. We have a few pieces that are scuffed (nothing a wood stain pen or a damp washcloth hasn't fixed).

The movers worked 8 hours straight and only took 20 mins lunch break. They all worked so hard and very nice people. The reason why they did not get a 5 stars because they broke our window lock and did not let us know. I will recommend them to other customers and will use them again.

I tried to emphasize the importance of starting at 1 pm, and they emailed me stating this would not be a problem. However at 12:45, they called saying that they would arrive around 2 pm. When the arrived they worked hard and quickly and were mostly careful with the items (they did put a hole in my suit bag). They were prepared with moving equipment. I would use them again but I believe it would be a lot cheaper to book directly with them and not through hire a helper.

The crew arrived at the late end of the arrival window due to the late show-up of one of the crew.
The safe was moved into the storage container. This crew obviously never moved an item like this before. the safe should've been moved upright, but this crew tipped it on its side and dropped it twice in the process causing minor damage to the safe. Thankfully, no one was hurt. I would not use this particular crew again, but I do intend to contact hireahelper at the other end of my move.
