Pros:
- The movers were nice enough.
- Although it was a brutally hot & humid day, they never complained.
Cons
- Their web site underestimated the time these guys needed for the move. The overtime doubled our expected cost.
- The movers had done a late-nite move the nite before and so showed up at my place already exhausted (and ten minutes late). Consequently, they worked very sluggishly. Even my janitor commented that I was helping to load the truck faster than the professional movers. After my wife spoke to them about their pace, however, they picked it up.
- As the mover Clarence complained about the late nite, he griped that that client didn't even tip him. I was going to tip him anyway (on top of the liters of Gatorade that I provided), but comment that was off-putting.
- I always expect my furniture to suffer a nick here and there with each move, but somehow, my couch was roughed up and was left with a big white smudge on it where it must have scraped against the hallway wall.
Summary
Although Dyson's Movers was the lowest bidder, the reasons are now obvious. I would not use them again.

I would never use this service ever again. The movers were are time and they did move things in a timely matter however, it was the way that they moved my merchandise. Most of the items I received after being unloaded were broke and totally destroyed. Its like they just threw my things on the truck and took no care whatsoever. This was a horrible moving service experience for me.

Great guys! Did a wonderful job at getting everything into my new place quickly. Didn't give up when struggled with larger pieces and were very accommodating! Vellyn was great to communicate with! Would recommend and use again in the future.

They did exactly what they said they would do. they were on time, friendly, and worked hard. I kinda had an easy job and they brought 3 guys even though I paid for 2 guys. I would recommend Dyson and HireAHelper. I would use them again.

Dyson's Movers were "on time...strategically thought out placement of furniture in a very small truck and exceeded expectations in regards to working hard and respectful of goods" Would I use them again...ABSOLUTELY. Oh...and ask for Chris and Mike..

These guys did a great job. I was particular about how I wanted stuff placed in the truck, and they were more than willing to do what I asked. They worked fast and they worked efficiently. When you are paying them by the hour for a short amount of time, that made it worth it.
