I want to emphasize that the movers themselves were extremely professional and efficient. The hireahelper service was also excellent - call to confirm billing, text the morning of - I love the idea of this website. That being said, I would not recommend this particular moving company, as they were two hours late. Since I had the elevator in my building locked down only for that two hour window, I had to track down my building manager on a Saturday and beg for the maintenance guy to stay over-time in order to run the elevator. A mess all the way around. The movers were extremely apologetic - one of their jobs in the suburbs had run late and they had been required to sty for over-time. Not their fault. But someone really messed up in their office, not sending a different team to my apartment. It all worked out in the end, but made the day extremely stressful. The company did send extra movers (2 hours late) to make the job go more quickly, but did not offer me a discount for the trouble. To be fair, I didn't ask - I was too frazzled to think of it at the time. But, in retrospect, I really don't think they should have been expected to pay full price.

The night before the movers arrived I requested they come 1 hour earlier due to last minute changes with my entire Dyson Movers accommodated me and Josh and Perez arrived right on time. After assessing the situation the guys got to work and completed the move without incident. Things that are important to me are being on time, professionalism and no broken items. Josh and Perez all of these things. They also completed the move in less time than I expected. Hats off to the movers and to Dyson Movers- great job!

Dyson's Movers were very good. We used hireahelper.com to request 4 movers for 2 hours to help move our things into our 2nd story flat from 630pm on a Monday night. 3 of the movers showed up on time. 1 didn't show up until the job was almost complete. As i interacted more with the initial 3 movers, they were expeditious and pleasant. There were a few instances where items were bumped and ran into the walls. However, the job was completed within an hour and all of our things were unloaded quickly. All in all, they did a good job.
