The guys did a good job moving very heavy items from our basement woodshop to the POD. However, the packing of the POD left a lot to be desired. Noting was broken and there was very little damage, but boxes marked liquids had heavier boxes on top of them. Some of those boxes were found on their sides or upside down (that may have been the POD people shaking the water off the top from rain). The unloaders were constantly commenting on the bad packing job as they had things falling on them while unloading the POD.
They also did not offer to cleanup after themselves as they left a trail of sawdust from the basement out to the POD.

They came unprepared to move my safe, which I had had pre-ordered and they confirmed, so I had to leave a $2K save behind. When my items were loaded at least 50% had damage due to improper loading. The damage was at least $4K total and Hire A Helper has so far been uncooperative which leaves me only litigation as an option which I am pursuing. If you value your belongings do not use Go Hard Transports or Hire A Helper.

These guys worked quick & efficiently without breaking a sweat! They had 2 flights of stairs, so many heavy boxes & still managed to maintain a grest attitude, crack a joke here & there. Great job!!

Steve and Alex were great. Got everything done in less than the scheduled time and managed our obnoxiously heavy and floppy mattress up three flights.

We helped to unload. Even moving most of the heavy items. One of them couldn’t understand where we were asking things to be placed. One was making sure to pick up items and ensuring to carry the light items. They complained that they were having to do it tonight and did not expect to have to be unloading a truck on a Sunday night. I chose a time from the site that was available and even tried to rush back because they were messaging from two different numbers asking me to meet earlier.

STEVE DID MOST OF THE WORK FOLLOWED BY I THINK HIS NAME WAS FRANCHESCO. THE THIRD GUY WAS JUST LAZY. I HAS HOPED FOR MORE BUT IT WAS STEVE WHO WAS MY HERO. HE DESERVES A RAISE! FRANCHESCO WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND WILLING TO TRY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY. LANGUAGE WAS VERY FRUSTRATING. THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE.
