The guys were absolutely amazing. They showed up on time, were very respectful and careful with our property. We actually arrived a little later than planned because of a small issue during our closing and they still finished under time. They even made my wife put something down because they told her it was their job to move us in, not hers. I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again. Great guys and very reasonably priced.

The movers are good and hard working . The issue here is , the woman who came to the unit who supervised the movers . First she didn’t introduce her name . She start’s taking a video of my place and taking pictures without asking my permission. Then she start talking to me and say , we have to stay here only 2 hours and leave . So they left my floor lamp . And they didn’t completely finish the job .
Then the girl who supervise charged me when they arrive , not when they start the job .
I have to discuss this to the supervisor , that this is not right .
Then at the end , they were in a hurry , and just technically throw my stuff in the truck in order to leave . They said, they have another job to do .
1.There are things that need to be corrected
The supervisor can’t just come to my place and take video of my personal belongings without my permission
2. The helpers overbook by leaving there job unfinished and move to another job
3. They are in a hurry to the point of just throwing my stuff at the end . Although ,I would say , those two guys are hard workers and appreciate it . It was their boss who is pressuring them to be done soon coz they have another job
4. They wrongfully charged my by charging me when they arrive , not when they start the job . I have to talk to the supervisor about this
I will not hire them again because of this matter
