They were timely, well prepared, worked like mules and were respectful to us and out goods. I heartily recommend them. I would caution, however, read all the details of the order very carefully as soon as you receive the email. I went to Hire-A-Helper via Pack Rat, and Pack Rat has a very tough time with address because they are using a twenty-year-old ZIP CODE directory, which is inexcusable and leads to countless problems.
