Had 2 very nice and polite guys move me out of a Chicago in the snow. They were quick, but made sure to take good care of my belongings. The company called me prior to the move day to confirm with me the date and time which was nice to have that confirmation since I booked online.

The two helpers that were sent to me were efficient workers and were very careful with my property. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for them not wanting to work for half the time I paid for. One of the helpers, throughout the time he was there talked about how he needed to get out of there and on with his day (it was Valentine's Day and he wanted to go home to his wife) and I felt pressure to let them go and very uncomfortable. (I should not have to feel uncomfortable or even need to ask the hired helpers to stay for the time I paid them to be there) When I specifically asked if I still had time on the clock for some assistance with additional tasks, a mover replied "a little." However when I signed the paper for them to leave, which again, I felt pressured to do, they had barely been there an hour. I felt like I did not get my money's worth. Bottom line: I hired help for two hours and they left after one when there were additional tasks they could have done. I was kicking myself after, but it felt like these men were leaving whether or not I was o.k. with it. Would not use again.
