If I could give this company 0 stars, believe me, I would. During the move, I specifically requested for the movers to assist with all the furniture pieces first - and I had to ask at LEAST 3-4 times. They brushed me off and said "We do this seven times a week. Chill out." They completely ignored my wishes time and time again. I only requested so because I'm more than capable of moving all of my containers and boxes on my own (which for much of my remaining items I did have to move on my own). They did not even begin to move furniture pieces until it was close to the 2 hour mark, so of course we went over the time frame. I caught one of the movers texting inside one of the empty bedrooms as well. Absolutely ridiculous. They tried charging me for additional time that I did NOT sign off on. I made several requests for a copy of the signed invoice, but of course they refused to provide it; my mistake for not insisting on a copy after I signed. Thankfully HireAHelper's customer service refunded the additional charges. Their own workers noted less time on the invoice, yet they still tried to argue the time!

The men from Mooney did a fine job. They were courteous, worked hard (they had been delayed a bit by another job, and did their best to catch up with our schedule), handled everything carefully, and packed the truck with evident expertise. Brought tools, although they weren't necessary. I would happily use them again and recommend them without reservation.

Great experience. The company called several times to ensure details and timelines, which was a relief that it was on their radar. The day of the move, Mooney provided an extra helper, and he was needed. They took great care of our furniture and we're very efficient. Nice guys, too!

Mooney Moving was very communicative pre-move and arrived on time. We had 3 movers helping us - two of which were very hard workers. The third was often on his phone, and seemed to be less than enthused about his work. We ended up having to step in and move things more than we would have liked, given how much we paid them.
