What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We confirm all of our moves 1-2 days prior. On moving day we send out a text message with the crew ETA.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
To be greeted with movers in uniform and introducing themselves. We will start by laying down floor protection and hanging up door and door jamb protection. We wrap all furniture items from top to bottom inside the home at the pickup location, which ensures that all furniture and contents is well protected while they are carrying them in and out of the home and during transport. If items need to be taken apart, the crews have basic tools with them. At the drop off things will be placed in the correct rooms.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are doing the packing, make sure all your boxes are closed and sealed

We handle everything, local, long distance, and commercial office moves.

Moving is one of the most stressful things any one person can go through. It's our job to execute a smooth moving process to relive that stress.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crews go through our in-house movers training academy. They have a few days of training videos and worksheets that educate them on our moving processes. Specific training on customer service and etiquette, moving and packing. Then we have a studio apartment setup at our warehouse where they go through basic hands-on training recapping all the training videos and worksheets putting those processes into action.
