To be clear when the movers themselves finally showed up they were great. However they were over an hour late when we had a service elevator booked for two specific hours during our move in. My main issue is with hireahelper tbh, you prepay for minimum of two hours and your movers are allowed to be up to an hour late?? So I paid about 400 dollars for 30 minutes of labor after my bf had already moved just about everything himself because we had a limited time. Hireahelper offered nothing. If you can find a company directly I suggest doing it.

First I want to say that the crew that showed up worked hard and were great, but I requested 3 loader and got 2 and they showed up over an hour late.
