Arrived late because of the job before ours..that I can understand. Did not wrap any furniture before moving it or before placing it in the vehicle. Several items were damaged because of failure to protect the furniture with blankets or shrink wrap, of which there was plenty provided for the job. It was very slow and all together an unsatisfactory service.

The team was incredible! They were right on time and ready to get to work. They were very respectful of my husband and me, our property, and our apartment complex. They were patient with us as we sorted out where to put stuff and moving around the occasional neighbor who were walking their dogs. They were able to unload our entire pod (~1200 sq ft of stuff) in less than an hour an a half. All around an incredible team. We'd definitely hire them again!
