Dexter and Kyle from Moving Hands did a great job unloading our pod yesterday. They were timely, courteous and worked hard. They wrapped up the unloading of our 16-foot pod in 2 hours. Lastly, though they were set to unload our pod a day later, I called Moving Hands when our pod arrived earlier than expected. Dexter shifted the move date as per my request and unloaded our pod a day earlier. I truly expect their flexibility.

I highly recommend Moving Hands for your moving needs. The crew arrived promptly, assessed the job, and immediately got to work loading the U-Haul truck in an efficient manner. The crew was curteous and professional. When an item was damaged during reassembly at the destination, the crew chief immediately set up the claims process. The claim was promptly settled by the HireAHelper staff in three working days.

Dexter and Justin were wonderful. They took extreme care to wrap and protect my large furniture and were able to fit the contents of my 3 bedroom house neatly into my transportable storage unit. I would have never been able to achieve these results myself. They were also both incredibly professional. I highly recommend.

I hired 2 helpers for 2 hours to help me move some furniture and boxes into a container (like a pod). They called me the morning of move to say they'd be an hour late. They were 1.5hrs late. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. Helpers showed up with zero moving equipment. No dolly, straps, or anything useful. I had a couple heavy dressers to move. Luckily I had a dolly and a small wagon for them to use. They still managed to scrape our walls and our furniture while moving it. They also weren't very efficient packing the container, leaving large gaps. I let them leave early because I wanted to repack everything they had done. They were super nice and they did help move a couple things that I could have never moved on my own. I'm grateful for that, but I'm not sure it was worth $400.

Hired Moving Hands to unload a POD. Good communication ahead of time, let me know they were on the way, and arrived on time. Two friendly guys ready to work. Unloaded everything carefully, placed it where needed, including getting a big king mattress up narrow stairs, and getting it all done without any damage, just what you're looking for with a mover.

The one gentle who helped unload my POD was excellent, he moved everything with ease all by himself. My only issue is I paid for 2 people for 2 hours and although he got it done within the 2 hours (actually before), I would suggest that if the company isn't going to send to people it should not be advertised as such. Overall my helper was outstanding and he gets all the credit and I hope payment for the job he did.
