On time, very friendly, worked well as a team. They were very gracious with micro-managing which I tried to keep to a minimum :) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to take quite a few things out of my POD (some items just weren't Tetris-ed together right) and rearrange them to make more space for the several items I had left that I did on my own. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. But they did put our crib at the back of the pod when we asked it to be at front making impossible to reach in between moves. They also damaged our nicely wrapped and new dining table and chairs.
