They were so wonderful and respectful of my things. Very quick everything was done in about an hour and with the leftover time they helped assemble my bed frame and furniture

They did an awesome job loading our truck. It ended up taking twice as long as I estimated, but they communicated with me and gave me plenty of options on how to proceed. They were polite and professional. I wished I could have had them follow us to our new state to help unload!

The workers were diffinatly not professional, did not have the knowledge of loading the pod, 1 of the guys stood around more than anything, often taking smoking breaks ( vaping ) . They did not have a roller dolly. One was very rood when I talk with him about standing around,and then they both walked off the job. UPON speaking with the supervisor he was very rude, and hung up on me. This is a TERRIBLE company to use, and I would never recommend them.

They showed up on time, they didn't want to work at first bringing down the light things like they were trying to get out of it. I had to ask them four or five times to leave the small stuff and do big stuff first for I have a broken wrist which is why I hired them. Then finally one of them told the other loading the light stuff to go ahead and give me a listen. Then when I asked to pay for more hours the boss said ok but the guys made up an excuse to get out of it. I would only use them again if there wasn't anyone better at customer service. Once they got going they did finally break a sweat though.

Great guys! Very friendly and respectful. Loaded everything very fast and secure. I had 2 pieces not ready to load. They left a perfect place and explained to me how to load them.

Justin and Josh were great hard workers. Arrived early, prepared to jump right in and worked very hard in the heat. Did great packing our truck with the furniture and would recommend and use again in a heartbeat!
