The crew called me before to let me know their arrival time. They packed the POD quite well, but my only complaint is that they did not use plastic around the furniture to protect it, aside from the moving blankets I provided. Due to the shifting of the container during transit, some items were partially damaged. I realize this is not their fault, but there could have been less if they had secured the furniture more. Otherwise, the crew was very friendly and efficient.

Lewis and Randy did a great job. They busted their butts for sure and were VERY respectful of our property. They were exactly on time and finished early. I think you guys should give them a tip as they were done in one hour and on to the next job. I woulda given them a tip but $400 for an hour was about what I could afford - but they certainly deserve a bonus for their effort. Very personable and friendly as well. Would totally use them again. Five stars for sure.
