Chris and Mark were incredibly fast, efficient, worked hard and were respectful and courteous in the job they did. While it was a minimum 2 hour hire and we were on the 3rd floor of our apartment complex, they finished the job in a little over 1 hour. I would totally recommend them and use them again.

First the GOOD: The people were polite and generally worked very hard. Now the BAD: (short version - didn't help me fit the last items in the pod; said it wouldn't fit but I fit it). They helped me pack a couple of days before the move, and some of the boxes were stuffed so much that the tops didn't close properly or had bumps sticking up. I had to open those boxes and repack. The day of the move, only 3 of 4 guys showed up until a fourth guy cam about an hour late. They did adjust the cost and I wasn't in a hurry, but I thought people would want to know that. With those things, I might have given them four stars, but the thing that made me the most upset was at the end. They loaded two full pods and then said they were out of room without packing a large rug (10'x10' rolled up), and 5 bikes. I asked if they remembered packing the bike rack (so I could put the rack and some of the bikes on my car), and he said "yes, but it is all the way at the front of a pod so we can't get to it." I asked if there was any room anywhere in either pad for anything else and they said no and then hurried off as they watched me begin to open one pod, move the mattress and discover a decent amount of room in one of the pods. Did they stop and offer to help? No. As I peered into that pod's extra space, what did I see near the BACK of the pod? My bike rack, which I crawled to and pulled out. That way, I could mount three bikes on my car and just drive them to my new city. Not only that, but over the next hour and a half I fit the other bikes and the rug in the pod, and there was actually still a little room for more stuff. All this was work they could have done or helped me with, but they were in too big a hurry (perhaps for their next job?).
