I hired two gentleman to help load and unload a 24ft truck in Colorado Springs on July 19th. These men were fast, professional, and very polite. I wish there were more than 5 starrs I would give it to them on the rating... so here they are on my own scale ??????????. Excellent work! Gorilla Men Movers was recommend from a friend. After reading their reviews, I went ahead and scheduled them for our move. I am certainly glad that I did. I met Kyle (the owner) at my home for a walk through. I was impressed with his candidness and knowledge. He answered several questions of mine prior to our actual move date and was always professional. The move day went very well. Alex was the team lead and within 10 hrs, they had loaded two 28' trucks safely and effectively. They took extra care with all of our antique furniture we purchased overseas. That was one of my main concerns. There were no issues and his team acted professionally. I highly recommend Gorilla Men Movers for your next move.

They were very quick and efficient in organizing the furniture and other items into the truck, and showed care in handling and protecting the load. I drove the truck to the new location, where they immediately took charge of moving things to our selected sites. They even volunteered to relocate some heavy exercise pieces to another room at the end of the job.

If there were a zero star option, I would choose it. Unfortunately, I have to give them even one star because of the site.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. These men are absolutely AWFUL, regardless of what the good reviews say. I hired them based on the good reviews. My trust in them and the positive comments only caused me thousands of dollars in damage.
All of Gorilla Men's good reviews miss an important truth: This company let me down when I needed them most. Kyle, the owner, assured me before the move that they had been late only one time. He downplayed time as a non-issue, and assured me the job would go smoothly. For me, however, they were *more than* two and a half hours late, and about a third of my belongings were destroyed in a Colorado downpour while I waited and waited and waited and waited for these guys. I had brought some boxes down before they arrived to make the most of the time. When the company SHOULD have been there, there was no threat of rain. Even my furniture, which had not been downstairs, got wet and was damaged in the storm as it was finally moved by a much better company, ABC Moving Pros. Hire ABC. They bailed me out, but still too late to avoid damage.
When the Gorilla Men movers (stoners, both of them) FINALLY arrived, they left quickly. Why? Well, apparently, I, all 5'4" of me, was too scary. They must have been higher than kites because they claimed I surrounded their truck ominously (my word, not theirs, because it's not in these knuckle-draggers' vocabularies). When Kyle reported this to me over the phone as he canceled the job based on the movers' reports, I was utterly and completely baffled. The more I thought about it, however, I realized that I'd waited outside the movers' truck window as they talked to Kyle on the phone. The window was steaming up, so I tapped on it. My brother happened to be standing somewhere six to eight feet behind their truck. THAT was threatening in the mind of a stoner. Good luck with marijuana, Colorado. :)
Gorilla's motto, in the most whiny voice possible, is, "It's not our fault we were late." Really? Well, it's certainly not my fault.
Again, DO NOT hire these people. Worst "service" I have ever tried to use, and they left because they didn't want to work in the rain.
Do not hire. Do not hire. Do not hire. Lazy, irresponsible, whiny and stoned.

The men were hard working, loaded everything very well (we have found nothing broken!), and they finished in just about the scheduled amount of hours. The only draw back was that we were called the day prior to say that the movers would be running late. The did arrive 75-90 minutes after the initial scheduled time, and about 2 hours after the time the supervisor & I agreed to on the phone a few days earlier. Other than that, everything went well. They were even able to load our 3 person hot tub on the truck, in the rain. No easy task for sure. We were afraid everything would not fit on the truck, but it did thanks to the movers. It never would have if we had tried to load it ourselves.

Gorilla Men Movers, LLC were on time, courteous and helpful when I had a rather heavy safe to get from a basement. They persevered and did not take defeat as an option when it came to the safe. They worked hard, respected our property and I would use them again.
