Kai, Ryan and Chance were an incredible team! They showed up on time, with smiles on their faces and began assessing the home. We had a great many glass curio cabinets and they took such care in wrapping them and loading them into the container. They positioned everything to maximize the space too which was definitely a plus. The team was very respectful and worked extremely hard with very little breaks between moving such heavy furniture. We would use them again in a heartbeat!!

This to inform you of the terrible, incompetents who were sent to load the pod.
The company, “YouCallWeHaul, LLC” was hired to load a 16' pod with a 3helpers, 3 hours session.
The young, 3 “helpers” stated that they never loaded a pod or anything else for that matter. They were told to unload a pod.
They had no idea how to load a pod. They had no plastic wrap with them, which was charged to the bill. They did not use the dozen Rachet Tie Down Straps and ropes that were provided. Which was to secure the items to the pod so that the items would not be bounced around during their transportation to the new destination.
They were hired as a three men three hours team/session. Because of their inexperience, incompetence, they charged for 6 hours of labor.
After this horrible experience, it is feared that items will be unnecessarily damaged when they arrive at their destination.
Some one suggested that “HireAHelper” and “YouCallWeHaul, LLC” should be sued for breach of contract, gross negligence and incompetency.
May 21, 2019 date hiring.
We are sorry if your experience with us was anything less than satisfactory as it unfortunately seems to be based on initial miscommunication about what exactly your expectations and instructions were.
Please note that our team showed up on time and with all the required material, and did their very best to accommodate your requests during the course of the move, as much as reasonably possible.
We also very much appreciated the lunch you provided to our crew as well as the generous tips you gave to each of our movers which to us was a clear indication that you were happy with the service our team members provided to you overall.

They were very meticulous. It was like a Tetris game fitting all of the boxes to the top. I was very happy. It took longer than I expected but it was tightly packed. And they stayed 2 hours over.

Exceptional movers! I needed assistance with a last min move (same day) and We Haul was the best choice I could have made!! They were courteous, careful and fast! I had my own trailer and they organized and packed meticulously, fitting way more in than I ever thought possible!! They were running late from their previous job, but notified me multiple times in advance of their ETA. Then they stayed and worked late into the night to ensure everything was done before they left! Great workers and great service! I'll definitely request these guys for my next move!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect a phone call from the field manager within 24 hours of booking job. Our managers should ask the following questions. Do you need assembly or disassembly? do you need help with organization or packing? what items do you think we need for a dolly? how many stairs are in this move? and is there anything that you are worried about specifically in this move (any fragile items)
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
how ever many helpers the booked to show up in a timely manner and call ahead of the job they will be prepared, equipped & ready to work! Packing a truck so nothing moves or breaks along with making sure the customer is satisfied with our services. We do ask the client to let us do our job, we understand it can be a stressful experience but we are here to help and treat your belongings as our own.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is boxed up and organized in a orderly fashion. Have a list for our movers to organize accordingly.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do anything from local moves, to cross country moves. Personally we have covered over 50 across state line moves along with over 500 in state moves ( within states we are located in 100 mile radius ) . We are not only a labor moving company but a full service moving company that provides the most cost efficient and top notch quality service. We move anything from offices , to houses, we also do market ready clean outs ( junk removals ) and we provide discounts to our military clients!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Not only is it amazing exercise but it gives me and my movers a chance to expand their minds and play Tetris in a way while packing and unpacking a truck/and or storage unit while working moving jobs. While working junk removal jobs it is a definite work out and way to release stress and built up tension.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We first teach them how to pack a truck, securing boxes making sure they don't crush/break anything, we teach them how to maneuver doorways without scratching the frame, we provide the best training of communication which is a major thing in this industry that alot of moving companies do not have, talking to your crew member making sure they are ok and can lift the item they are needing assistance with, We provide professionalism by staying off of our phones and focusing solely on the client
