Although the helpers were kind. Much of my furniture was damaged, and damage was done to my walls and floor of my apartment during the loading process. They did offer to pay for damage but still went ahead and charged me full price for the move.
My dad had to tie down much of my furniture in the Uhaul because of how it was loaded. They were on time, and kind but that doesn’t change that I have to start by replacing what had been broken.

We had a 4 man team yesterday to assist unloading 2 trucks. 2 of the 4 were great, the other 2, not so much. We’ve added a tip for the 2 fellas only. Thanks for your help we appreciate it. The way they placed pieces in the house was ignorant and unthoughtful so we spent about 4 additional hours there moving boxes and other furniture around after it was already placed in house by moving team. They did have a 4 man crew, but one was getting lectured the whole time and was threatening to leave and not go to the next job they had. He and another were getting extremely sore and slow after only 2 hours or so. They stayed for 4 hours and the lead Steve essentially said that the extra hour was all they could spare which we were grateful to have the extra hour that they agreed to stay and help us with.
