I was confused because of time change(border of Eastern and Central) When we arrived they were there for either. We broke down on the way..They were very supportive and kept us calm cause we were running late. Texting back and forth was great support! Tim and his associate were complete gentlemen! We were 3rd floor and tried to get them to take a break. They said no. Only accepted one soft drink. Absolutely Awesome!
