This was a wonderful hire. Three men showed up, and I had only hired two. There was no extra charge. They were on time and very polite.They worked quickly and efficiently, and loaded my furniture and boxes quickly and neatly. I will hire them again when I complete my move.

The movers did arrive on time, but they seemed to be somewhat unprepared, as I had requested shrinkwrap, which didn't arrive until we were more than half way done with the move. Additionally, I had purchased a large number of furniture pads because my furniture was going to be on the trunk for an extended period of time and I wanted to make sure my things were protected from being scratched or damaged. Unfortunately, the movers clearly chose to simply throw the pads onto the tops of many of my pieces rather than carefully wrapping them and taping down the pads. This might explain why it only took the two movers less than 1.5 hours, when I had booked them for 3 hours. Upon removing my things from the truck, many of my furniture pieces showed signs of scratching and wear due to the lack of care taken in uploading them. If you use these movers in the future, I would highly recommend that you watch them carefully, as simply giving them instructions about how you want your items wrapped and uploaded doesn't seem to produce the desired results. Personally, I would not likely use the two gentlemen that helped me move again, as they seemed to be hired helpers and not really the professional movers that I had ordered and paid for.

They worked incredibly hard on a very hot day, and they were extremely efficient--they didn't waste a single minute. They were prepared with moving equipment, and they knew what they were doing. My only small concern is that they didn't seem to be as attentive as I would have liked to the labels I put on the boxes. There are some fragile items (as with any move), and I'm worried about how they'll come through at the end. But this is a very minor complaint, and I would probably feel the same about most movers. I would use them again, but I would be more careful about how they packed my fragile items.

They called to confirm the appointment a few days after I submitted the request. They also called the morning of the move to confirm they were on their way. They were on time, they were prepared for the job and worked very hard. They were very respectful of my property. But there is a large nick in my dinning room table that I will have to get fixed and a book shelf was damaged. They gave me great suggestions for storing my items. It took longer than we originally thought but they were accommodating.
