Very nice gentlemen but many, many antiques were broken, scratched, chipped etc. We even had a chair that had mud on the bottom caked in the chair legs because it was not "carried" but must have been sat down in the mud. not one but 2 broken tv's. I would unfortunately not recommend or re-hire. They worked many hours to get the job finished but we certainly paid the extra $ 500.00 or $600.00. It appeared that when they grew tired, they just no longer cared how our things were treated. Many of our walls were also scuffed or left with deep grooves in the drywall due to neglect.

The company called the day before and gave me a time. The workers called that morning saying they would be late due to "personnel problems." I have used other companies before and the workers hustled. This was not the case here. Trying to get boxes down the stairs on a dolly they are pushing or pulling rather than carrying the boxes. The lesson I learned booking through this sight. . . I booked 4 hours as I was not sure. I did not realize there would be NO refund for unused time. I recommend you book minimum 2 hours and they will charge you for what time they are actually there. I called Kingdom and asked for a refund and was denied. I would not use them again.

Shawn and Shane were excellent movers. They were very personable, friendly, respectful. They handled my customers furniture as if it were there own. I would definitely use them again.

Shane and Sean arrived right on time. They were friendly, cheerful, called me "sir" and worked very hard. The job (moving items from my garage and shed into a trailer) was done in less time than I had figured. I would use Kingdom again and would ask for these guys.
