The workers were on time but it didn’t seem like they wanted to do any of the heavy lifting. They knew they had two hours and waited until 15 minutes left to start doing the big objects. We had no other choice but to add another hour. We go back to the house and they completely missed rooms and closets. My husband told them to take boxes out of every room and they didn’t.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with us you can rest assured that your move will be handled with care. Moving is stressful period. We understand that your life is packed away in these boxes, and we won't drop them.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The crew will arrive on time if not early. Clean and ready to work. Equipment in hand. Customer service with a smile.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience in both local and long distance moves. Mostly residential.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
When the job is done and I can shake the customers hand wishing them well on their new beginning. I love helping people get started on a positive note versus the moving day from your nightmares.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I provide a lot of video training. The most affective training I have found is to keep the new hire under your wing for some hands on training. Making sure they know how to use the equipment, loading a truck, and surveying a job to get an overview of what needs to be done before we get started. These are just a few things my crew members learn in order to play an important role in making the customers move run smoothly.
