On time and fast.

Malik and Jabari did a great job on a very hot day with some heavy items. Malik is meticulous about strapping down items in the moving truck and fitting as much into a tight space as possible. We were glad to use his services as he made a heavy load lighter. He also has a calm and relaxed demeanor which is important during a stressful situation.

We received a first phone call from Malik after the booking to complete the details of the move and then a second call the day before to confirm. He and his co-worker arrived early, worked extremely hard and efficiently, and treated all of our belongings with great care. We would give them a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!!

Made a huge move with a fully packed 15’ Uhaul and they had it unpacked within 45 mins. Moved everything to designated spots and were very careful with our belongings. Very welcoming of us new residents. 10/10 service and we will definitely hire them for the next move!

Malik and his crew worked a miracle fitting all of my things into the truck. These gentlemen were hard working and extremely efficient. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect diligence and accuracy from us on moving days. Time is key, thus we ensure customers that we have strict protocols as it relates to showing up to scheduled appointments on time. We also ensure that all associates and crew members will dress appropriately for the job. Personal appearance and hygiene is something that is very important in our company. Specified tools, dollys, rope and tie downs will be present upon request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for a moving day by giving us an accurate, detailed description of the type of services they require. This enables us to provide customers with the best customer service possible. If anything were to change thereafter, we kindly ask that customers notify us before the date of our appointment, thus the proper adjustments can be made. Our goal is to excel in customer service making moves easier for future clients.
