The crew (Maurice and helper) called to ask if they could arrive early (YES) and called when they pulled in front of the building. They were totally prepared (hand carts, wrapping, straps, etc.) and worked hard the whole time. We ended up working an additional 40 minutes with no complaints. The crew was very careful with the furniture and wrapped everything to prevent damage. Both guys were friendly and great at packing the pickup truck (the moving vehicle).

Maurice and his team arrived on time, they were prepared and got the truck loaded and unloaded within the allotted time.
We had our first floor furniture loaded on a U-Haul to allow our builder to replace defective flooring in our new home. Rooms included kitchen, sun room, office family room. No bedrooms needed to be loaded or unloaded. There were about 25 boxes that were included in this move because all items had to be out of the way and removed from cabinets and storage bins / book shelves.
the team was respectful, helpful and really knew what they were doing. No damage was done to our belongings which is super important to me. they took care in ensuring everything was securely wrapped and protected (white couch and loveseat).
This is the second time I have used this service and would definitely use them again.

Maurice and Deek were amazing! They were on time, courteous, professional and they did the impossible. Basically, they fit a10lb bag of potatoes in a 5 lb bag!!!

We were very happy with the prompt arrival and hard working staff from Movers and More. Clifford Jaxson , Xavier Morrel, Ezekiel Thorton and Maurice Smith were the team members who did the heavy lifting for us today. They made it look easy moving our Upright Piano and all the other large furniture pieces. Oh did I forget the over 100 boxes they carried. Half the boxes went upstairs with a group laugh at how often Xavier got the small lite boxes to carry upstairs. We do not plan on moving again anytime soon but we will definitely be spreading the word about Movers and More specifically Maurice and his team.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame itâs best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tvâs dismounted etc...

Our specialty is residential moving whether local or long distance.but we have moved offices,businesses and churches.

To witness the customer stressful,doubtful state transform into pure satisfaction.We live for that moment
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of my crew members have years of experience but in addition to that we have training videos that we watch and discuss.plus we get together regularly and demonstrate we we learn
