I am in south Florida. The move (empty a three bedroom storage unit into a new property) occurred in Ohio. Jerry and Bilal were great. Jerry managed my cost and time-to-completion expectations by staying in contact (via phone) regarding progress. There were a bit more items to move than what was initially projected but they pushed to keep the move within the agreement - which (in the end) we exceeded by a little under 30 minutes. Good move, good folks. Sure, I'd recommend them - and do a more realistic estimate of help needed.

We have had great luck with Hire-A-Helper, 4 times in the last 2 two months. We got our PODS to unload early and this team was able to move the unloading time earlier. Unfortunately, they did not arrive on time, and the second person was well over an hour late. It was no big deal and they unloaded quickly and could not have been nicer.

Started strong and went down hill from there . Either time they spent talking to each other to poor load plan and finally jamming stuff in at the end. We were in a pinch so much we could do accept jump in and help . Cost was also almost double what we paid on the backend of the trip

These guys were super professional and got **** done until it rained. This admittedly was a rough job I put them through and they went through it swimmingly. I also forgot one flight of stairs and they still did it (I did pay them $20 extra each)
I have to knock off a star because they were nearly 4 hours late. I know they had other jobs that ran late but this was unacceptable, especially since I booked 2 months in advance.

They came in a timely fashion; wore masks the entire time; worked very hard without stopping until finished (and accomplished that in one hour in unloading a 16 foot truck into a 16 foot pod); took great care with all of our boxes and especially the furniture; respectful and polite; dressed nicely; worked diligently in packing items in the pod to use all space while mindfully considering the weight etc. of each box, which enabled us not having to rent an additional 8 foot pod for our items. Would highly recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are the over and beyond crew so anything to make the move go smooth we are willing to do it.But if a customer is trying to stay within a particular time frame itâs best to have everything ready( everything boxed and labeled,beds broke down,tvâs dismounted etc...

Our specialty is residential moving whether local or long distance.but we have moved offices,businesses and churches.

To witness the customer stressful,doubtful state transform into pure satisfaction.We live for that moment
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of my crew members have years of experience but in addition to that we have training videos that we watch and discuss.plus we get together regularly and demonstrate we we learn
