They arrived after the movers that were here in the morning abandoned the job. Even-though they didn't come with the tools needed to move the big conference table, they stuck with the job and I was able to borrow a drill from our building maintenance department. They were polite and finished the work with a smile.

If there was an option for a negative star that’s what I would give them! They were three hours late, and then when they got there they didn’t work hard at all and complained on how heavy everything was! If I could go back I would never hire these people ever again!

I . They were on time. I wasn't there but my wife was 4 guys showed when I only asked for two, They had no regards for items.
They threw stuff up in there. Broke some lamps crushed others.
I had drawers from my workshop with screws, nails and etc.
Turned upside down in truck. Took longer to clean up and throw away than unloading truck. My wife asked me not to give a review but you need to know what went on. Do not contact me for followup. We learned our lesson.

Overall they did a good job, worked hard, and were quick and friendly. The only minor issue was that they showed up a little late, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars

These two young men worked so hard for me but I don’t think they have had much experience. A lot of my furniture was smashed into pieces because they put heavy thighs on top of them.

The guys were a little early, but that was great for us! We had already unloaded half the truck (26’) to ensure I would only need them for the 2 hours they were hired for. Before they started work, one of the guys asked to use a phone charger. I showed him where it was hoping they could get started. I let them know that my wife and I already unloaded what we could carry so it was just the heavy furniture they needed to unload. I gave them a dolly, but they didn’t seem like they really knew how to utilize it. It was used on maybe one item. I had moving blankets strapped on almost all items which were loaded like that, but the guys took them off before unloading and they were not the most careful. Maybe it was to get a better purchase on the items when moving, but we had no problem getting them in the truck with them on. I also had two tarp like bags covering the mattress but they took that off too and I found blood spots later (also later found blood on the couch). Getting the couch inside one of the rooms was also an ordeal. They got the first part of the sectional in, but the second long part they said could not get in (they had asked me to take off the legs which I did). I only saw them try the one position (fully upright) to get it in and they asked for a flathead screwdriver and a hammer which I gave them (the screwdriver had a detachable head for other components to be used also on the tool). The door closed and I just heard hammering. My wife and I found later a huge hole in the door frame where they dug out a spot for the couch to get through. These guys need actual training. They were super nice and did get the job done, but we’ve got some repairs to do now. During the move, one guy had to take continuous breaks to make and take phone calls. I was helping carry in boxes and prepping the next item to be moved. They got it done in exactly the 2 hours. We’ll be using trained movers for our next move.

From the time these guys arrived until the last box was inside they both worked as quickly as possible, very careful of our furniture, never hit a wall or damaged anything. Very personable asked all the right questions. The company worked with me when the apartment we were to move into was not done and had to Change to the next day for us to move in. Excellent experience!! Will use again if needed
