They did one load said the truck was full . They set my bedroom furniture in the garage said it was too large to get in the basement my grandsons later got it downstairs. over half of my apartment I moved myself in my van. Total waste of money I am very disappointed with this place and their service.

They were respectful of our items and tried really hard to figure out how to get our couch into our newly remodeled lower level, that had larger door openings when we originally moved the couch OUT.
