I had 2 workers unload my moving truck with me. Overall I'm satisfied with the experience and would do it again. That said there were a couple of negatives. 1) They were a little late and got lost, being new to the area I had no idea on what directions to give them when they called (they did call which was very much appreciated). 2) They dropped a dresser drawer and broke it trying to unload too fast. I'm still working through the reimbursement so I can't review the post-damage process yet. Besides that they worked their butts off and I was very appreciative of the help.

The movers called the day before to confirm addresses, and times. They showed up 10 minutes early and immediately got to work. The experience was really a good one, and if I ever have to move again, I would definitely use their services!

The movers arrived on time an d were ready to go to work. They did a good job up until the point where one of them tipped the dolly off the truck ramp and dumped a load of four boxes. We were lucky that they were not the boxes marked "fragile". However, overall, they did a pretty good job and were finished within the two hour time frame.

The guys that showed up to unload the truck were 2 ½ hours late. They called to let us know they were just waking up and would be late, but what is the point of setting times on appointments if they can be slept through by these hired "professionals?” Once they arrived they complained about being sore from a previous job, ignored room assignments for boxes clearly labeled, and grumbled openly about both the weight of our furniture and the weight of several of the boxes labeled “Books.” We asked them to move our double recliner “loveseat” to the basement, during which they damaged the lighting fixture and the banister on the staircase leading down to the basement. Our basement door was removed by but not reattached by our movers before they left 45 minutes early.

Our moving team showed up about an hour late but once they got to work they were fast, worked very hard, were very respectful and careful with our things, and got the job done in good time. I would recommend them and would use them again.
