The helpers were perfectly punctual and extremely polite, but the positive review ends there.
We hired two helpers for three hours to move my small two-bedroom apartment (loading the U-Haul I rented, driving one mile to the new house, and unloading). I had hired helpers previously for a similar task, and it took no time at all, so I expected that the time I selected would be more than sufficient.
When the helpers arrived, we had already loaded all of our boxes into the truck, leaving only furniture. They seemed to view this as an excuse to downshift, and they moved unbelievably slowly. It took nearly two hours to bring our small amount of furniture down one (wide) flight of stairs and into the truck. I expressed concern to them twice that within the time frame allotted we were still going to be stuck with the bulk of the unpacking, but that did not motivate them to move any faster.
When we got to the new house, they managed to bring the furniture in and some of the boxes, but left us with nearly as much as we'd packed ourselves, as if they felt because they hadn't packed it it wasn't their job to unload it.
Overall, it was not indicative of the services I previously received with another company and expected to receive this time around, and I will not use this company again.

Jerry and Joe were great. They showed up early in the interests of being prompt, they worked very quickly, they were courteous, professional, personable, careful with our furniture and hardwood floor, and did just what we needed them to do. I'll definitely be keeping this company on file if I need help like this again in the future.

The guys were professional and were quick and did a great job, but they did accidentally scratch the door of my new front loader washer putting a deep scratch in it, which I pointed out to them and they said to contact their boss which I did and am awaiting his response.

At first we were told we might need to get a bigger truck but they were sure going to try. Jerry and Ryan worked very hard and quickly. They were able to fit everything in there and even leave some room. They even took the broken couch to the dumpster. I would definately recommend these guys to friends
