They were almost an hour late but updated me after the first half hour of their approximate arrival. They worked very hard and were respectful of myself and my belongings. There was only one small bit of damage to a doorframe and it happened with the heaviest piece of furniture in a very tight turn at the end of the move in process.

Good service. Arrived on time and communication was good. Worked fast and efficient. They did leave several dings in the drywall and baseboards, but nothing major. Would recommend.

Both guys were nice; however we felt they should have completed the job. One of the guys wanted to talk a lot, and the other guy was looking at his cell phone quite a bit. It seemed also like they wanted to keep pushing working extra hours. Everything we had to be moved into our truck was sitting in our garage except for a sofa, chair and barbecue grill. We were disappointed they weren’t able to finish for us.

Alonzo and Richard did a great job of loading our 16" POD. Alonzo, specifically, was great at taking care to stack and balance load to maximize the use of space and to carefully work around certain items. He gave great direction to Richard, and the men worked very well together. The guys worked efficiently and were physically fit - so even though it was hot and this is tough work, they just kept on going. They actually finished one hour ahead of what we secured them for. I would hire both guys by name again! Thank you. (Just a note - and not a negative, if you need a dolly or other equipment, make sure you have it on hand or request that they bring it). Their job is loading and unloading and not bringing the moving tools. (We had them on hand but just for others to know they need to be prepared ahead of time).
