Very helpful and quick. They checked to make sure where we wanted things and were attentive to any writing on the boxes that indicated the room to put things in. They wore masks and were respectful and amicable. They even helped rearrange a fact item in our living room for us. Thank y'all!

Wouldn’t load my TV’s as their bosses policy. Also wouldn’t load my metal foldable dog crate because the helper said “I don’t touch dog stuff” I asked if he was allergic and he said no and I explained that everything they touched my dog has been on and around. He simply said he doesn’t “do dog things”. Showed up at 15 minutes past the last time frame of 7-8am. Horribly organized and packed truck. I asked to start with the downstairs stuff and do the upstairs last and they mixed everything up and did as they pleased. I wouldn’t recommend them as communication leading up to the move day was delayed and I had to call to make sure they were coming since reviews about them say there’s been issues with them being late or no showing. Last thing- due to them coming late and taking their sweet time, they had me late to my arrival at my new home which I was charged extra for. Thanks guys
This is Angelo here, by policy we will not load a TV that is not boxed. Reason being, no matter how secure we think the TV is, we run a higher risk of damaging and once it's damaged we will then be held responsible. So to avoid any accidents we transport tv's safely in a box and in most cases the box is strapped or tied down. As far as pet cages, pet toys and anything pet related if it's clean we don't have a problem moving it for you, but if it's loaded with fur, dander, etc we will ask if you could take care of it just out of courtesy. I'm personally allergic to cats so I deal with it sometimes when moving cat trees. We are a animal friendly company and we will move dog beds, cat trees, animal crates and fish tanks if there not too extreme. Thanks for choosing Above and Beyond Moving Logistics.
