They arrived 5 hours late because they had neglected to read the instructions regarding how to locate my home; it is new construction and does not come up on GPS. Rather than putting in the alternate address I’d provided, they apparently chose the closest thing they could find to my actual address and ended up in a city 3 hours away from the correct one. I ended up unloading most of my stuff myself. Once they arrived, they did not have proper equipment to lift heavy furniture and managed to put some dings in my walls. They also refused to reassemble my furniture, despite advertising that they do so. I’m not at all pleased and do not recommend them.

The guys are hard working, but came completely unprepared. I was told they would bring a dolly/hand truck. Instead they had absolutely nothing. Took a lot longer than should have to do the job. Left for another job with truck half unloaded. Had to hire someone else to come and complete the job.
