Fantastic crew! Myron was so receptive to my needs with great communication all along the process. Myron, Adrian, and Ken called to let me know they were on their way, showed up 5 minutes early, went right to work and finished up 10 minutes early. All smiles and great care given to my furniture. I’d hire them again without any hesitation. Made moving day a breeze.

We were left with a truck half loaded and house half full. They had another job. MIGHT come back. They did. I was great ful however refused to pack our mirrors, paintings and misc items stating they were afraid to break them and left us stranded once again. W didn't get out of the house until the next day and put several people in quite a dilemma. We have moved this exact house content 4x before and took 2 guys 3 hours. We have them 4 and was aweful. Too of the truck space was not utilized noticed by others a they helped us pack the next day. We were moving a farm so this needed to be done on time and ready for us to leave the farm with a caravan of horse trailers but because of this aweful issue it cost us a great deal.of stress and financial damage. I would expect a call and some kind of rectification on this. Have used hire a helper several times and always very pleased...until now. Extremely dissatisfied.

Called to confirm reservation of service, called again to confirm arrival time, arrived as scheduled and jumped right into the job. Completed everything quickly and without incident. Very pleased with their following direction and willingness to do what needed done.

The crew was very communicative prior to move day and they arrived early. They worked extremely hard and were very careful with my furniture and goods. They had to walk items up to a third floor apartment - tough job for sure. They were very helpful and polite. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them for any type of move.
