I booked them to unload 16 feet PODs. I booked full 3 hours considering the time required to assemble the bed frames. However I was required to pay additional charges for assembly that was not clarified when booking. One of the guys was very professional and helpful, the other guy ( I believe he was the owner/ primary) could have been little more professional in his behavior. They did the job, however I received much better services in the past from other movers.
