The gentlemen, Tyrell and Archie were very efficient. They were great about communicating about time of arrival. They were very organized and completed emptying the POD, putting everything where I asked. Tyrell has wonderful spatial sense and was very polite.

They broke some of my shelves, took their sweet time moving my stuff, and then tried to ask for more money after doing all of that. I’m never using this company again.

I don’t know how this company got so many good reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them was quite negative. My scheduled start time was 4pm to 5pm. At 4:15, they called me to say the movers were on their way to my home. At 5:00, they called again to say the movers got stuck in traffic, but should arrive at 5:30. At 5:45, I called them because the movers had not showed up yet. The lady on the phone said she had no idea where the movers were! Finally, at 6:10, the movers showed up, but had no dolly with them. I kept telling the lady over the phone from the first time I contacted them that I have some giant pieces like refrigerator and washer that need a dolly. Okay… the movers start searching on their phone to see where they can rent a dolly. Later I realized that the movers were not the employees of this company. They were actually third party movers. So I guess this company may not have enough movers to do the job, but keeps lying to me to convince me that their movers were on their way to my home.
I gave them 2 stars just because the third party movers they hired were very polite and respectful. Unfortunately for the company itself, it’s a disaster!

We moved from Florida to Texas and hired Guardian Moving and Storage to unpack 2 Pack-Rat units. The crew of Michelle, Jordan and Aaron were professionals and worked fours hours in the sweltering 95 degree Texas heat. They were wonderful to work with, we would definitely hire them again and I’d highly recommend them to all reading this review. Michelle was fantastic with her customer service when we needed to alter the date, when one of the Pack- Rats units did not arrive on the initially scheduled moving date. 100% recommend Guardian Moving and Storage for your moving needs!

Scheduled with less than 24 hours notice before our requested time, and everything went fantastic. They called before heading our way, and showed up promptly at the start time ready to go. They brought plenty of equipment to facilitate safe loading of large furniture and household goods, and blasted through loading our truck, finishing a little early even! Very happy with their communication, speed, and respect for all of our goods, and even giving extra attention to squeezing into the building showing great care for the doorways too. Great team and would be happy to work them again!
