They arrived right on time. They started working immediately. They worked extremely hard and one of the gentleman "Neph" was actually running back and forth from the house to the truck. Both gentleman (Alex and Neph) were professional, showed tremendous respect at all times and were extremely careful in both wrapping my furniture and making sure they didn't damage the furniture or either house. They had to bring some heavy furniture up 16 stairs to my second floor and used great care while expending unwavering energy to get the job done as quickly as possible!
I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for my next move.

I have used many movers and packers before this but the professionalism, care, support, and honesty shown by H&M was incredible. They arrived on time and finished their job very quickly. During moves, there are possibilities that people might lose calm and talk harshly but these people were very calm, and polite and did not show any kind of irritation or frustration. Great experience! Movers were fast efficient and friendly. I hired them twice for a complicated move. On the first day they were late just as we were by a few minutes. I tried to be respectful and easy going. I hate giving people orders and extra work. I always avoid that. Sometimes it felt like I was being treated by a boss instead of me hiring the help. The first move went smooth, I asked if we could push a bed up to the second floor, first thing dropped on me was the 'weiver' word. I pushed it up myself and had my younger sister hold it at the top. The second truck when it oppened and i quote "wow thats a Lot more than 2 hours", once they were in the elevator, I took out everything from the truck and organized it neatly for them. And I didn't even get NO tip.
Not very careful with most of my things stuff would fall, idk it felt sloppy......
I tipped them 20/each on the first day, 20 for both on the second. I dont know if this is a reco tho.

secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced

residential, in house, office, long distance, within the TRI State area, (PA, NJ, DEL.)

Meeting different people from different cultures & being able to put smiles on peoples faces during a stressful time
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety First! How to lift, carry, assemble/disassemble furniture, how to communicate with the customer during the moving process, most importantly that the customers needs and complete satisfaction of our services is our TOP PRIORITY
