I originally requested 2 helpers for 2 hours and on the day of they send me 4 helpers for the same price to help get it done quicker. They knew what they were doing and were prepared for heavier items. Everything was placed neatly and organized. Great experience. Will definitely use again.

The moving experience was extremely disappointing.
The crew was scheduled to arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., but they did not arrive until after 12:00 p.m. This three-hour delay put us under significant pressure because we had a same-day flight to catch.
The movers were polite and worked hard, but they were inexperienced. Throughout the move, we repeatedly had to remind them that items were still left upstairs, and we spent a considerable amount of time supervising the process rather than being able to rely on the crew to manage it independently.
Because of the delay and the slow pace of the move, we ended up carrying many items ourselves in order to avoid missing our flight. We also had to leave behind and dispose of numerous items that we had originally intended to move because there was not enough time to load the container efficiently. In addition, after the movers left, I had to scramble to find people to pick up furniture that had been left on the street.
Overall, the move created a great deal of unnecessary stress and additional work for my family. The crew's late arrival and lack of experience significantly affected the quality of the service we received and caused real financial and logistical consequences.

I had Freddy and Richard come to my home to empty an attic space that had been used for storage for over 25 years. They were thoughtful and careful with all of the things that they moved for me. They worked together fantastically and at a very fast pace.
