Warner and his team showed up 10 minutes EARLY to start the move :) - they were prepared and ready to go! I asked a lot of them (moving my stuff from a house and storage unit into an apartment plus my roommate’s large items AND a washer and dryer to a different apartment) and they did an excellent job in only FOUR HOURS which included about 45 minutes of driving. I have used EM multiple times with no problems and have recommended them to everyone I know! Excellent people - respectful, hard working, and made my move super easy and dare I say FUN! Thanks y’all! :)

It is waste of time and money on inexperienced unprofessional movers that might drop you in the middle of the move with broken furniture, partially unloaded truck and garage full of unsorted boxes. See details below. "Efficient movers" were on time, but I would prefer "no show" better. The team consisted of one experienced and strong mover plus one young man and one older man for whom this type of work was clearly physically challenging. These two were not professionals at all, they had to be heavily supervised and thought by the first mover - to the extent of needing to be shown how to grab a particular household item or turn it around. Obviously, that caused slowing down. The work of the team like this would sum up to 1.5 , ok, 2 movers max and never for 3 I was billed for. When I was placing the order, I discussed the size of the job with the team lead, explaining the total footage and mentioning an extra items like bookcases and about 100 book boxes. I explicitly asked if 3 men for 7 hours including travel time would be reasonable estimate. I was told it is. Movers loaded a truck and unload it =partially= at the destination, spending 8.5 hours. After that, despite the statement in their company description that they will have no problem adding 2 or more extra hours, they left. Some items ( expensive bookcase , recliner) were broken. We had to vacate the house the same day. Because of this, to speed things up, we had to agree to leave all the unloaded boxes unsorted in garage. Since the team dropped the job unfinished, we had to hire replacement team(s) as emergency, extend the truck rental, and lost hundreds of dollars.

Warner and his helper arrived on time and got right to work. They were very friendly and personable during the entire move. Warner was able to pack our 26 foot truck very well... we will definitely recommend them to our friends in the future...
