First of all the TWO people that were sent worked hard and were very professional. But I was disappointed in their arrival time. I had arranged to pay THREE people for THREE hours work. But instead I got two people for one hour. One hour work because of my time constraints, I could not wait . I did the most of the unloading myself. I appreciate them showing up and unloading the bulky items. If they would have been on time with the amount of people agreed upon (and paid for), I’m certain this move would have gone easier.

The 3 gentlemen were very efficient in unloading the truck even though they were over 2 1/2 hours late cause the truck return to be late. However, they saw the upright piano and said"This is not on the work order." They kept working and one suggested if we would tip them, they would consider moving it into the house. We ended up giving them $20 each. The leader said it wasn't on the order, but when we opened up the invoice, lol and behold there was the upright piano with a $100 charge.
They finished unloading with almost a half hour to spare. I asked them to connect washer and dryer and they agreed. They didn't tighten one of the hoses correctly that ended up throwing about a gallon of water on the floor and they never connected the dryer vent hose.
