They were extremely slow. It took them vlose to 2hr to load my stuff into my apartment when there was an elevator. A lot boxes arrived teared. Marcus couldn't even bother to ask where I'd like my furnitures placed. For reference, same stuff was loaded by a different crew, with 2 flights of stairs (no elevator). That took less than an hour.

There was a miscommunication originally, I thought that I had booked movers with a truck and I booked labor so the first 20 minutes were spent trying to figure out my issue. They had said that they would wait and I can go get a truck which I did, but in that first hour They didn’t do anything or offer to start bringing stuff downstairs. Even though I was being charged and I asked them if I was being charged but they didn’t say. I had about 50 boxes a couch, one mattress and various small furniture pieces. Everything was moved into the Living Room and there was one fight of stairs. Still it took them two hours to bring everything downstairs and into the U-Haul. They couldn’t help after that, so I had to hire other movers to unload it. I’ve hired moving companies in the past with 2 works who have been able to move 1 bedroom apartments in 2/2.5 issues no problem. Three hours spent, not even leaving my apartment to head to the new place yet $365 later, plus $75 for the U-Haul. Needless to say I was very disappointed and won’t be using them in the future.

All customers should expect a Call the day before your schedule move, and also a call before they are in route to the location the day of the schedule move .

The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
