The movers were a huge help unloading our Pod. They were agreeable to moving a very heavy desk up a tight stairway and turn. They were not sure if the desk would make the turn, but they agreed to try. Overall I am extremely satisfied.
The only thing I would recommend at future jobs is the use of a heavy duty furniture dolly and moving straps. Straps would have made moving the desk upstairs much easier. Also, I have used other movers in the past that had protective gear for railings and door posts. That would be a suggestion for Movers R Us for future jobs.

Team did a great job considering there were only 2 people and I believe job would have been better served with at least 3 due to bulkiness of some of the cabinets they had to unload

They were very friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. They knew exactly how to utilize every inch of the moving truck leaving some extra room, so I didn't even have to load my car like I expected. They worked really hard upon arrival to the new destination to unload before our time was complete.

Marcus was amazing and this was the second time that he moved me. They were on time and kept me up to date with what was happening during the day. They worked hard and did everything they could to finish in the 5 hours that we hired them for. Very pleasant to talk with and he really hustled.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
