Got there within the time allotted, took everything we'd staged and quickly, nearly loaded it. Made quick work of the unload. Only complaint was they didn't load the bedframe rack on the first trip (because they thought that was staying?) necessitating an extra round trip.

They stuffed items in reload cubes. When we unloaded 1. Office Table broke . It is worth $500. I paid tip $30.00 for their service for work done. HOWEVER, when we unloaded the items, we noticed the above.

Unfortunately we picked an extremely hot day. However the truck was very unorganized and not stacked properly so we had to go back in and fix everything so it all fit. They they were extremely professional, on time and nice! We’d use them again for smaller loads.

Arrived late. One of the two helpers was a "trainee". Slow moving - resulted in being billed an additional hour. Small scratch and ding on stainless steel refrigerator. Chewed up wall corner resulting in needing texture and paint. One of the helpers had either gum or something close that left marks all over the wood floor throughout the house (spent six hours yesterday trying to get it all cleaned up and still not finished).

We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.
